Katie's House, Inc. is a Parent Driven Organization that believes Persons with Disabilities should have the same rights as everyone else, to live with others of the same age and abilities and to be out in the community. This is possible with Personal Assistants to keep them safe and active.
We also believe that parents today are not happy with the common practice of warehousing individuals with disabilities in workshops and homes that are poorly staffed and with others that are not age appropriate or of the same functioning level.
