that provides Supportive Housing, Activities and Services
to people with Developmental Disabilities.
Katie's House supports a Residential Home
for women
who are compatible in age and abilities.
Katie’s House is approved by the State of NJ
as a provider for Services and Activities.
We are a Parent Driven Organization that believes People with Disabilities should have the same rights as everyone else, to live with others of the same age and abilities, to be out in the community and have activities that are educational and fun.
Our Personal Assistants are paid through funding from DDD and care for residents 24/7.
Today’s parents are not happy with the common practice of warehousing individuals with disabilities in workshops and group homes. We do not want our adult children to be grouped with others who are not age or ability appropriate.

Hi Everyone,
It is that time of year again. I am hoping that everyone will either buy some toys/gifts or if you do not live in the area you could make a donation and mail it to the address below. Make your check payable to Katie's House and put in the memo Pediatric Oncology.
For teens you could get gift cards like ITunes or sports shirts/caps etc. Everyone forgets the teen boys.
I have been collecting for the oncology department since Katie finished her chemo in 1997.
Please help to make this a success. This could happen to a child you know.
